Service availability

This website is only meant to be used by people residing in the United Kingdom, but excluding Northern Ireland( which is a serviced country).We can only ship to our serviced countries.

Our goods

The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and cannot be relied on.

Any product supplied may differ due to changes in packaging and labelling, and as our business needs may dictate.

You are responsible for the correct storage of our products.

For the avoidance of any doubt we recommend that all fresh coffee products are stored in an airtight container, and are best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery or 4 weeks of roasting, whichever is sooner.

It is your responsibility to check packaging details for information relating to allergens.

Coffee is an ever changing,fascinating product and is subject to prevailing market conditions and differing levels of availability.

In the event of us not being able to supply the product that you have ordered,we may offer you a reasonable substitute.

If this happens we will try to notify you via email where possible and let you have the opportunity to accept or reject the substitute prior to delivery.

If you are not happy with any substitution, please contact us via any of the methods listed on the website and we will try our best to sort things out.

When using our website you accept that most, if not all, of the communications that we will send to you will be via email, or by other electronic methods including phone calls or text messages.

Either latitude or you may terminate your account. If we terminate your account we will notify you via email.We reserve the right to terminate an account without giving reasons.

Any current or pending purchases will be despatched and not cancelled.We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to despatch, but in that event we will refund any money you have paid for those purchases.

Product availability and pricing

We do not guarantee that all goods listed are available. Any stock indications that may be displayed may not take into account any sales that are being processed.We reserve the right of substitution in the event of a product being unavailable.
