If your order is placed before 10am (Mon – Fri), we’ll try our very best to dispatch your order on the same day.

We only roast according to demand to ensure freshness.

It’s £2.95 for Royal Mail 48 Tracked and £3.95 for Royal Mail 24 Tracked on all UK orders up to 2.4kg.

We really like using Royal Mail, and encourage supporting your local postman.

Orders over 2.4kg may be sent via another courier.

Coffee is a food product and is zero-rated for VAT, but VAT has to be charged on shipping.

Sadly, we are not able to deliver outside the United Kingdom in an economically viable and environmentally sustainable way at the moment.

Returns

First of all, please email us at hello@latitudedrinks.co.uk to tell us what went wrong.

Our first objective is to help you sort out any problems that you might have.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, your item should be unused, and in the same condition that you received it in, and in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we will always require a receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer,we are here to try and help.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are normally made:

These situations include,but are not limited to :

Books with obvious signs of use.

Clothing that has been worn.

Any item that is not in its original condition, or has been damaged,has been used, or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as we can.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow us enough time to process your refund.We will email you to let you know that we have processed your request.

First ,please check your bank account to see if you have been refunded.
Then contact your credit card company as sometimes it takes a little while for any refund to be posted.
Next please contact your bank,as they may still be processing the refund.

If you’ve been through all this, get in touch with us again and we will try our best to help you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver,and we will notify them accordingly.

Sale goods

Unfortunately discounted goods,or goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace faulty or damaged goods.

Returns Shipping

Please return your purchase to the address above.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and any insurance costs.

Your shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you do receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary a little ,so please be considerate.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we strongly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will actually receive your returned item,and we cannot accept responsibility if it is lost by someone else.

Our core principle is that we want you to be really happy with our coffee, so we would much rather hear from you straight away if there are any issues with quality.
