We roast all our coffee to order five days a week (Monday-Friday).

Orders BEFORE 7:30 am will be roasted and dispatched the same day as the order.
Orders AFTER 7:30 am will begin roasting the next working day.

Additional charge for postage.
1x bag at First Class = £1.50
1x bag at Second Class = £1.00.

DPD next working day delivery is available at £5.00 (flat rate for all orders up to 10kg).

Yes. By accessing “My Account” you can view your “Scheduled Orders” page. Here, you can create and edit your scheduled order, and decide how frequently you want yoru order, ranging from 1 to 5 months. 

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Before you return however, we do encourage you to email us at hello@latitudedrinks.co.uk so we can try and resolve any issues.

You can access “My Accounts” and then “Gift Card Balance.” Here, you can enter your Gift Card Number and check your balance.

No. We sell roasting equipment for those connoisseurs who want a hands-on approach to their coffee experience. We also have a Gift Card which is a great idea for birthdays, anniversaries’ and Christmas.

Absolutely. It’s very efficient, and with a personalised Latitude account you can view recent and scheduled orders, manage your subscriptions, review your gift-card balance and edit your address and account details.
